This 18"h x 24"w Open House A-frame Sign Unit is lightweight, durable and perfect for promoting your open house listings. It is 28" tall and folds flat for easy storage. The entire yard sign unit weighs only 8.5 lbs! The powder coated a-frame prevents rusting and the polyethylene sign panel is printed on both sides. Polyethylene is a good outdoor material, however it has been known to bow in extreme weather conditions. Lowen will not replace signs that bow. The yard sign unit is shipped assembled.
